A newly formed group. Circular walk routes of up to six miles, start locally or up to 30 minutes drive. We pause at the mid -point to enjoy our own snacks & drinks. For those wishing to eat lunch after the walk the walk leader often arranges a nearby pub. Good walking boots/shoes and a walking pole are advised, together with suitable weather-proof clothing for inclement weather. Walks continue fortnightly throughout the year, during the warmer periods we often enjoy picnics.
Members are encouraged to take part in leading walks.
