Short tennis is played on an indoor badminton court with a sponge ball and junior tennis rackets. Normal tennis rules are followed but, as the court is smaller and with a lower net, you don't need to run as far as you would on a normal tennis court.
With a sponge ball the speed and pace of the game is slower, and it is a great and fun way for adults to keep fit.
