A group new to the u3a repertoire is Walking Football- 5 a side (indoors)

This group is looking for members, old and new, to join. 

Our current age group of members playing is 61 to 83 (all of mixed ability).

Although the group is called 5 a side, it will probably be up to 7 or 8 a side (with rolling substitutes).

It will be held at Camberley Leisure Centre indoors in its main hall - so no weather worries. 

Come and enjoy all the fun of football at a slower pace. This group is more about having fun and a kick about rather than taking it too seriously. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t be competitive. 

5 a side football has fewer rules than traditional football without the physical contact, so is more suitable for an older generation of any ability. Most people haven’t played for several decades so it is new to us all. 

Parking is free but you must register your car registration plate in reception at the Leisure Centre.
