Pilates 3 + relaxation (Gentle to Active)

A programme of exercises standing and on the mat to promote strength, stability & flexibility.

 With precise, slow movements this will help improve posture, and all-round strength.

This session includes relaxation to aid the recovery process and will help to manage anxiety levels and  promote general wellbeing.
